These terms apply to your use of the Shapen app ("Shapen", "the app"), made by MINIMA APPS LIMITED ("we", "us"), based in Manchester, United Kingdom. By downloading or using Shapen, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

1. Using Shapen

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Shapen on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

2. Not medical advice

Shapen is a tool for tracking how your body changes over time. It is not a medical device.

• Body fat estimates are approximations made from photos. They are not measurements and can be wrong.
• Coach suggestions, goals and "days to goal" estimates are general information based on the numbers you log. They are not medical, nutritional or fitness advice.
• Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a diet or training programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have a history of eating disorders.

You are responsible for how you use the information the app shows you.

3. Shapen Pro

Some features need Shapen Pro, which is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy and may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price unless we tell you otherwise, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• A lifetime purchase gives you Pro for as long as we offer and support the app. It is linked to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices.

4. Your content
